The service of mechanization of port in a planned order carries out scheduled works on preparation for operation to the spring and summer period of mobile Mantsinen overloaders, wheel loaders, dump trucks and the ugleochistitelny equipment (crushing and grading units). Audit pneumo - hydraulic systems and the systems of transmission is made. Fuel systems and DVS cooling systems are checked. Metalwork of load gripping devices (grabs) and ladles of front-end loaders are recovered. Check of level of electrolyte and charging of rechargeable batteries is executed. On portal cranes Vityaz cargo ropes are partially replaced, check of level of oil in cargo reducers and reducers of movement is executed. Electric equipment is checked. Upgrade of construction of bearings of a reference turning gear of the working platform for increase in level of reliability of operation of cranes is carried out. In the mechanical-repair workshop (MRW) technical audit is carried out and running repair of a cargo frame crane is executed (/п 3.2 tons). Works on running repairs and routine procedural maintenance of the rolling stock (motor transport) of joint venture are carried out.
