The ceremony was held at the burial of 32 Soviet soldiers near the city of Rason, who had given their lives in World War II on the North Korean land. The day of celebration began with raising the flag of the Russian Federation in front of the company building in the port. Then all together came to the monument, where they were already awaited by the North Korean comrades who also took part in the ceremony.
