In addition to glorifying the idea of ​​the Juche exercise, the name of its founder and the name of the successor of revolutionary ideas, monetary donations are used to form capital for contributions to education, insurance, and environmental protection

Ivan Tonkikh, in turn, noted the importance of intercultural exchange and fruitful communication between the Russian and Korean sides. The joint venture could become not only a place of employment for Korean employees, but also contribute to active social and cultural communication and become a platform for holding joint events. So in November 2018, with the approval of the People’s Committee and with the support of the RasonConTrans JVC, students and teachers of the Far Eastern Russian University visited the town of Rason. The students have a lot of positive impressions about the city and in general about the appearance of the DPRK.

Especially the Russian guests were impressed after watching a concert in kindergarten and visiting a school of foreign languages. Ivan Tonkikh informed about the readiness to provide the kindergarten with food, food, toys at the expense of personal funds, and also to open a first-aid post at the kindergarten and provide it with the necessary medicines.
