An annual meeting of a Joint RF-DPRK Boundary Railway Commission was held in Vladivostok on the period of November 28 – December 2, 2018 in accordance with the Soviet-DPRK Agreement.

The representatives of Russian Railways JSC and the delegation of the DPRK’s Ministry of Railways once again met to settle the matter of co-operation and administering the railway service, arrangement the logistics and transport management.

RasonConTrans JVC Director General Ivan Tonkikh, Deputy Director General on operations Demian Buzhevnik, Head of railway transportation service Gennadiy Kudrik took part in the meeting. RasonConTrans JVC came up with a proposal to bring to the agenda of the Commission a set of issues required mutual agreement of the both-sides that could be of help for the company logistics and transport management optimization and .for the company operation business in general.

The members of the both-parties gave a positive assessment of the Commission’s work results. They came to an agreement on the whole host of issues and signed a Bilateral Protocol on decisions.
